ROAD RESCUE WARRANTY SUPPORT
As an authorized Road Rescue Dealership, we provide warranty support for all Road Rescue products. Call us for all your Road Rescue warranty needs and we will handle all the rest. Please contact our Service Department at phone #503-848-3276 or by sending your warranty request to service@hwev.com.
The Road Rescue Warranty covers repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of Road Rescue of any part of the new Road Rescue Ambulance (except the chassis) in which a defect in materials or workmanship appears under normal use, where maintenance has been performed as stated in the Owner’s Manual. The chassis is not covered by this Limited Warranty but is covered by warranties issued from the chassis manufacturer. The original limited warranty is in effect for a period of 36 months or 36,000 miles whichever comes first from the first owner’s date of purchase. Please contact Road Rescue to determine the warrantable period. Some examples of items not covered under the limited warranty include normal maintenance such as lubrication, batteries, tires, etc.; failure to maintain proper fluid levels; installation of aftermarket devices or components that are installed but not manufactured by Road Rescue (which generally are covered under the component manufacturer’s separate warranty). It is recommended that the purchaser refer to the Owner’s Manual for a full listing of warrantable and non-warrantable items.
Road Rescue Factory Warranty Support is available by calling #800-328-3804 or by sending an email request to: asmallwood@roadrescue.com
We may need the following information; the Road Rescue Sales Order Number that can be found on the completed vehicle certification sticker located in the driver’s side door jamb or on the oxygen compartment door, mileage at time of failure and complete description of the warranty complaint. Many components carry a separate manufacturer’s warranty. The purchaser should check the original component manufacturer’s warranty regarding coverage. The Road Rescue Sales Order Number may also be found in the original service manuals that were shipped with the vehicle when it was new.
