It is important to H&W Emergency Vehicles to provide the highest quality emergency vehicle products and services available. Our products and services are delivered with integrity, honesty, commitment and dedication.
"Just a note of thanks to you and your staff for a great job on our new command unit. The schematic and concepts that I presented to you were carried out very well.
I'm sure our Command staff will put all of this to good use and your work will assist us in carrying out our mission. Thanks again." - Captain Larry D. Peabody, Kirkland Fire/Rescue Station 26
"I'll tell you, I've had 4 house fires on mine (H&W Custom Pumper), let alone a few car and brush fires...you guys have built us a couple great combat trucks, it's a fireman's truck" - Captain Tom Stoves, Kirkland Fire Department
"I would like to thank you and H&W for the services you have provided to our organization throughout this past year. Your honesty and integrity is what sets your company above the competition and has created friendships that will last a lifetime" - Assistant Chief Dan Smith, North Kitsap Fire & Rescue
"Our whole fleet is H&W Apparatus. We've been working with H&W for many years and we've always trusted what they said and we've never been disappointed yet!" - Chief Louis Hayvaz, Thurston County Fire District #13
"Since 1993 Woodburn Fire District has purchased 1 Midi-pumper, 3 Engines, 2 Pumper-tenders, 2 Tenders and a Ladder Truck from H&W Emergency Vehicles. The purchasing of apparatus in any organization, large or small, is a major financial investment. It takes time, dedication and communication for a department to get the vehicle they desire. The time we put in developing the specifications, the dedication of the people at H&W Emergency Vehicles and the open communications between the Fire District and H&W has always resulted in the vehicle we envisioned.
In 2003 Woodburn Fire District went through a "Product Prequalification of Firefighting Apparatus" process to select a vendor to provide apparatus. After reviewing several proposals Woodburn Fire District signed an agreement with H&W Emergency vehicles giving them "Right of First Refusal". Woodburn Fire District agrees not to purchase any emergency apparatus or vehicles that H&W Emergency Vehicles has factory authorization to sell without first offering the opportunity to H&W Emergency Vehicles.
"Working with H&W Emergency Vehicles has provided Woodburn Fire District the quality of fire apparatus we require." - Chief Kevin Hendricks, Woodburn Fire District
"The professional service provided by H&W during the Flex time right after your service technician's illness is beyond belief. Within two hours you had me in contact with other people that responded to finish the job started by Steve and our engine was out of service only a minimal amount of time.
"Again thanks for your attention to Customer service and Satisfaction. Your company and the Fire Service never cease to amaze me." - Chief Joel Mentor, Mason County Fire District #4, Shelton, WA. Comments regarding repair services provided by H&W and our affiliate, Fire Service Repair
