TANK INSPECTION
Does your tank water look a little on the rusty side? Then perhaps you should contact H&W for a full service tank inspection. It is true…most inspections do not occur until there is some evidence of a tank leak. At that point you would expect to make a tank repair; however, an inspection before major tank problems develop may reduce the cost of a repair later. Tank damage typically occurs over time, either through poor tank support or lack of maintenance (anode inspection or replacement) and if the damage isn’t obvious, it’s usually just a matter of time before the tank starts leaking.
While there is no requirement for tank inspection, a suggested inspection interval is five years or at the time of the anode replacement. During this interval, if you should find the tank bulging or notice visual signs of corrosion, you should consider performing a tank inspection to determine the cause of the problem. At H&W, we offer tank inspection services, anode replacement, tank repair and complete tank replacement for all water tank types and tank materials. Our people are trained, experienced and equipped with the right tools to tackle tough tank troubles.
